ELECTRIC WONDERLAND — TICKET TERMS & EVENT POLICIES
Electric Wonderland takes place January 15–16, 2027, at Hidden Oaks Music & Arts Venue in Navasota, Texas, and is presented by N&T Productions LLC.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. AGE & ADMISSION
Electric Wonderland is a 21+ event. All attendees must present valid government-issued photo identification showing they are at least 21 years old at entry.
Each attendee must have a valid admission ticket. Camping, parking, RV passes, and VIP upgrades do not include festival admission.
Admission may be denied if an attendee cannot meet the age requirement, present acceptable identification, or provide a valid ticket.
2. GENERAL ADMISSION & PRICING TIERS
General admission tickets provide access to both festival days. Blind Presale, Early Bird, and GA pricing tiers include the same general admission access unless expressly stated otherwise.
Ticket prices increase as tiers sell out or scheduled pricing changes occur. Purchasing a later tier does not provide additional benefits.
Tickets do not guarantee access to backstage areas, artist areas, or other restricted spaces.
3. ALL SALES FINAL
All ticket and add-on sales are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly announced by the organizer.
Personal scheduling conflicts, travel difficulties, illness, failure to attend, or failure to meet admission requirements do not qualify for a refund under this policy.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
4. RAIN OR SHINE & EVENT CHANGES
Electric Wonderland is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. Attendees should prepare for January weather, changing temperatures, rain, and uneven or muddy ground.
Lineup, performance times, stage assignments, schedules, and programming are subject to change. An individual artist cancellation or schedule change does not by itself qualify for a refund.
For safety, organizers may delay, pause, relocate, or stop activities due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, emergencies, or instructions from public authorities. Follow all shelter, evacuation, and other safety instructions immediately.
If the entire event is canceled or postponed, the organizer will communicate the applicable ticket arrangements through official channels. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by applicable law.
5. VIP UPGRADES
VIP upgrades include access to designated VIP-only areas, private bars, and climate-controlled restrooms during their operating hours.
A VIP upgrade requires a separate festival admission ticket. Drinks are purchased separately unless expressly included in the ticket description.
Access remains subject to capacity, safety requirements, and responsible alcohol service.
6. CAR CAMPING
Each Camping Add On provides one car camping spot. It does not include festival admission. Each person staying in the campsite must have a separate admission ticket and meet the 21+ age requirement.
Camping vehicles may not leave and re-enter during the weekend.
Campers must remain within their assigned space, keep access lanes clear, and follow campground staff instructions. Space dimensions, vehicle limits, check-in times, and departure requirements will be provided before the event.
Only bring equipment and vehicles permitted by the published camping guidelines. Do not assume extra vehicles or oversized setups can be accommodated.
7. RV CAMPING
Each RV Pass provides access for an RV to the designated RV camping area, subject to the published vehicle and site requirements.
RV sites are primitive. Electric and water hookups are not provided.
Festival admission is sold separately and required for every guest. RVs may not leave and re-enter during the weekend.
RV owners must follow placement instructions and keep roads and emergency access routes clear. Wastewater dumping onto the ground is prohibited.
Do not assume generators, additional vehicles, or other equipment are permitted unless confirmed in the published RV guidelines.
8. PARKING & RE-ENTRY
A Parking Pass provides weekend parking for the covered vehicle and allows one vehicle re-entry during the weekend.
Parking passes do not include festival admission, camping, or RV access.
The vehicle re-entry allowance applies to vehicles with parking passes. Camping vehicles and RVs have no vehicle re-entry.
Vehicle re-entry does not replace ticket or wristband verification, and returning vehicles remain subject to security screening.
Park only in designated areas. Do not block roads, entrances, exits, fire lanes, or neighboring property. Follow parking staff instructions at all times.
9. SECURITY SCREENING & RESTRICTED ITEMS
Attendees, bags, and vehicles are subject to security screening as a condition of entry. Refusing screening may result in denied entry.
Weapons, illegal substances, explosives, fireworks, and items that create a safety hazard are prohibited.
A detailed prohibited-items list and any separate camping restrictions will be published before the event. Review those guidelines before packing or traveling.
Do not enter restricted areas, climb stages or scenic structures, tamper with equipment, or cross barriers.
10. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT & ALCOHOL
Treat fellow attendees, staff, artists, vendors, and the surrounding community with respect.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, theft, property damage, and nonconsensual contact are prohibited.
Alcohol service is subject to identification checks and applicable law. Service may be refused for intoxication or unsafe behavior. A ticket or VIP upgrade does not guarantee alcohol service.
Follow lawful instructions from event staff, security, medical personnel, and emergency responders. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal from the event without a refund, subject to applicable law.
11. PROTECT THE WONDERLAND
Help leave Hidden Oaks clean. Use designated trash and recycling locations, secure your campsite waste, and remove your belongings when departing.
Do not damage trees, plants, artwork, facilities, or neighboring property. Do not dump wastewater, fuel, or other hazardous materials.
Any trash-return rewards, prize opportunities, or chances to win future tickets will have separately announced participation rules. Turning in a trash bag does not guarantee a prize or ticket.
12. OUTDOOR CONDITIONS & PERSONAL SAFETY
The event includes amplified music, flashing lights, outdoor terrain, and changing weather conditions. Consider your personal needs and prepare accordingly.
Use hearing protection, wear suitable footwear, stay hydrated, and bring appropriate clothing and camping supplies.
Keep emergency routes clear and report hazards or anyone needing assistance to event staff immediately. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 and alert onsite personnel.
Secure your belongings and avoid leaving valuables unattended.
13. TICKET SECURITY & PURCHASES FOR OTHERS
Keep ticket barcodes and confirmation details private. Duplicated, altered, fraudulent, or previously redeemed tickets may be refused.
Purchase only through the official ticketing page or an organizer-authorized method. Contact the organizer before attempting a ticket transfer or name change.
If purchasing for others, share these terms and all event updates with each guest. Your checkout acknowledgment does not replace any individual attendee waiver that may be separately required.
14. EVENT COMMUNICATIONS
Provide an accurate email address at checkout and review official event communications for arrival instructions, camping guidelines, safety information, and schedule updates.
Follow @electric_wonderland on Instagram and visit electricwonderlandfest.com for official announcements.
Agreement to these ticket terms does not by itself constitute consent to optional marketing emails.
